SocialFlow is a social media management platform that provides AI-powered content generation, multi-platform scheduling, and publishing tools. The Service allows you to create, manage, and publish content to connected social media accounts including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, and X/Twitter.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your information up to date. You must not share your account credentials with third parties.
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant SocialFlow a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. AI-generated content suggestions are provided as starting points and become your content once you accept or modify them.
By connecting your social media accounts, you authorize SocialFlow to access and publish content on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each connected platform. SocialFlow is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms on your accounts.
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You must not attempt to interfere with the Service's operation or access other users' accounts.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SocialFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost content, failed publications, or disruptions to your social media presence.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes through the Service.
